- Lead and manage a team of four, ensuring seamless operations and synergy in trade marketing and merchandising activities.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision to enhance the brand's visibility and presence at all offline points of sale in Germany.
- Organize and streamline stakeholder processes in merchandising for efficiency.
- Oversee the entire CAPEX and POSM budget, ensuring accurate forecasts and budget adherence.
- Plan cooperative agreements with retail partners and strengthen partnerships during annual marketing discussions to drive business growth.
- Initiate new projects and activations in collaboration with the retail team and partners.
- Implement an analytical framework to track and optimize the efficiency of B&M activations.
- Supervise large-scale merchandising projects, including counter openings.
- Maintain and expand relationships with top management of retailers to enhance collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with above-average results.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B&M marketing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the German cosmetics market.
- Expertise in trade marketing and merchandising.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
