Guerlain Head of Digital Media

- Develop and implement a comprehensive full-funnel digital media strategy for key launches and brand communication campaigns, ensuring alignment across all markets, including China and Japan.
- Creatively adapt content for digital media platforms, collaborating with Marketing and Artistic Direction teams to ensure adherence to best media practices.
- Collaborate closely with Influence teams to integrate creator content into media campaigns and ensure effective synergies.
- Challenge and support local markets' digital media plans, ensuring adherence to global guidelines while respecting local nuances.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Define and deploy a data-driven performance media strategy to drive qualified traffic to Guerlain.com and physical stores.
- Support markets on Search, Affiliation, and Social Performance topics, conducting audits to challenge and improve strategies.
- Manage innovative pilot projects in collaboration with the Data team.
- Coordinate and support priority markets to ensure cohesive and impactful international digital communication, including tool selection, KPI definition, audience targeting, and investment priorities.
- Lead the Guerlain Digital Media community globally, facilitating regular communication and sharing best practices across markets.
- Manage relationships with media partners and agencies, negotiating competitive agreements.
- Maintain a continuous watch on media innovations and regularly test new formats.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Media Manager for a premium brand or agency.
- Strong business and performance orientation with a deep understanding of brand image.
- Passion for digital media and data with extensive expertise across all channels from branding to conversion.
- Familiarity with the Asian market environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage priorities and adapt to tight scheduling constraints.
Minimum of 8 years in a Media Manager role within a premium brand or agency.
Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
