- Lead the global Total Reward strategy for Guerlain, ensuring alignment with the Beauty division and LVMH Group.
- Manage the reward policy for all employees, including the Individual Compensation Review (ICR) and payroll implementation.
- Oversee job positioning using MERCER and relevant benchmarks.
- Ensure effective reward marketing and communication of total rewards.
- Assess, review, and design bonus plans and sales incentive schemes.
- Manage expatriate contracts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee benefits management, including profit sharing, healthcare, life insurance, and retirement plans.
- Partner with the Head of Social Controlling for legal compliance and reporting, including annual social reports and gender equity index.
- Serve as the Maison contact for EU transparency laws.
- Co-manage equity grants and long-term incentive management for senior executives.
- Manage BDES and act as GDPR referral for the Maison.
- Lead HRIS projects, including LVMH Talent, ADP, and People Doc.
- Manage the payroll team and an intern.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits with an international scope.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to continuous improvement.
- Strategic yet pragmatic approach, with expertise in compensation and talent development.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with self-discipline and motivation to challenge the status quo.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with initiative and independent judgment.
- Analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment.
- Effective communication skills, delivering information clearly and concisely.
Minimum of 10 years in Compensation and Benefits with an international focus.
