- Participate in a 12-month Operational Marketing role within the Travel Retail Division, focusing on the execution of activation plans and serving as a key reference for Brand Marketing and 360 contributors.
- Engage in a 12-month Retail Management position, responsible for developing commercial activities and leading the Beauty Consultant community.
- Undertake a 6-month Analytics role, developing strategic business insights through data consolidation and analysis.
- Transition into a full-time International Operational Marketing Project Manager role at the Paris headquarters upon completion of the program.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Faculty.
- 0-3 years of experience in retail or Operational Marketing, preferably in the luxury/beauty sector.
- Strong project management skills for leading international operational marketing campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the luxury cosmetics sector.
- Autonomous and organized with a high attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented culture.
- Fluency in French and English.
0-3 years of experience in retail or Operational Marketing, preferably in the luxury/beauty sector.
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Faculty.
Participation in a 30-month international fast-track career program with exposure to both HQ and key markets, enhancing professional networks.
