1. Manage daily activities of a retail boutique in France, assisting the Store Manager with strategic and operational tasks.
2. Maintain selling and visual merchandising standards and communicate promotional events to maximize results.
3. Identify issues and opportunities based on customer feedback.
4. Work abroad in an Operational Marketing position to implement 360° marketing strategies and support product launch plans.
5. Ensure consistency and protection of brand image while achieving business goals.
6. Transition into a Brand Product Development Manager role in Skincare, Perfume, or Makeup after program completion.

1. Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Faculty.
2. 0-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the luxury or beauty field.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Eligibility for a VIE position.
