- Develop innovative, blended-learning training content that aligns with Guerlain's innovation plan and enhances client-centric expertise across all distribution channels.
- Facilitate a dynamic training community on the 'Be Guerlain' LMS platform to foster global education engagement.
- Cultivate local trainers' expertise through seminars, content, and immersive expertise weeks.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Digital Innovation, and Clienteling teams to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and initiatives.
- Lead the implementation of the fragrance education strategy, ensuring accessibility of training tools and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create strategic action plans to optimize training effectiveness.
- Engage in on-the-field immersion to gather competitive intelligence and test training tools' effectiveness.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on pedagogical design and retail knowledge in the luxury environment.
- Fragrance expertise is mandatory.
- Mastery of digital technologies, including mobile applications and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management, focusing on pedagogical design, retail knowledge, and luxury environments.
Permanent contract based in Paris, offering a hybrid working mode.
