- Develop educational content for product launches, including storytelling and key selling points, utilizing various formats such as PowerPoint, digital modules, and video learning.
- Create business content to enhance sales ceremonies, collaborating with external partners and internal experts.
- Adapt product and business content for mobile learning platforms, ensuring impactful delivery through the Be Guerlain app.
- Assist in organizing international seminars and webinars for the Education teams, including preparation of presentations and event logistics.
- Draft 'Education Mag' newsletters for the Retail community.
- Monitor and manage the annual budget in collaboration with managers.
- Coordinate with agencies for creative projects.
- Conduct retail and field visits to Guerlain and competitor points of sale.
- Enrollment in a Master 2 program at a business school or equivalent university.
- Fluency in English.
- Dynamic and autonomous work ethic.
- Strong team collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Teach on Mars is advantageous.
