- Develop innovative, blended-learning training content that aligns with Guerlain's innovation plan and maintains the brand's unique identity.
- Master communication on the 'Be Guerlain' LMS platform to foster an engaged and vibrant training community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Digital Innovation, and Clienteling teams to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and initiatives.
- Lead the global rollout of the fragrance education strategy, ensuring accessibility of training tools and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop strategic action plans with key business stakeholders to optimize training effectiveness.
- Immerse in the retail environment to gather competitive intelligence and test the effectiveness of training tools.
- 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on pedagogical design and cosmetics/retail knowledge.
- Mandatory skincare expertise.
- Mastery of digital technologies, including mobile applications and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to structure projects and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Energy, positive attitude, flexibility, and results-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 3 years in project management, specifically in pedagogical design and the luxury cosmetics/retail sector.
