1. Develop innovative blended-learning training content that aligns with Guerlain's innovation plan and brand identity, suitable for all distribution channels.
2. Manage communication on the 'Be Guerlain' LMS platform to foster an engaged global training community.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and initiatives.
4. Lead the implementation of the fragrance education strategy, ensuring accessibility and continuous improvement through feedback.
5. Create strategic action plans in collaboration with key stakeholders to optimize training effectiveness.
6. Immerse in retail environments to gather competitive intelligence and test training tools.

1. 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on pedagogical design and luxury cosmetics/retail knowledge.
2. Expertise in skincare.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
