1. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts, aligning with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
2. Establish an annual training calendar in coordination with marketing and HQ guidelines.
3. Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for MBC retailers.
4. Conduct interactive training sessions using diverse methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
5. Design and develop engaging training materials covering fragrance families, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
6. Assess training needs regularly and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
7. Conduct strategic counter visits for on-the-job training and guide counter managers.
8. Support event execution through coaching and development of tools and resources.
9. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
10. Oversee fragrance training programs and manage budget effectively.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training and development within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in Japanese (Business – Native) and English (Intermediate – Business).
