1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts, aligning with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
2. Establish and manage an annual training calendar in coordination with marketing and HQ guidelines.
3. Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for MBC retailers.
4. Conduct interactive training sessions using diverse methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
5. Design engaging training materials covering fragrance knowledge, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
6. Assess training needs, tailor programs to address skill gaps, and stay updated on industry trends.
7. Conduct strategic counter visits for on-the-job training and guidance on counter management.
8. Support event execution by coaching sales teams and developing resources like manuals and selling scripts.
9. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
10. Oversee fragrance training programs, manage budgets, and track expenses.
11. Develop onboarding programs for new hires.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.

5. Knowledge of the cosmetics industry.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
