1. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts, aligning with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
2. Establish an annual training calendar in coordination with marketing and HQ guidelines.
3. Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for retailers.
4. Conduct interactive training sessions using diverse methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
5. Design engaging training materials covering fragrance families, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
6. Assess training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
7. Conduct strategic counter visits for on-the-job training and guide counter managers.
8. Support the execution of events and animations, providing coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques.
9. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
10. Oversee fragrance training programs and manage budgets effectively.
11. Develop onboarding programs for new hires.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).
2. Proven experience in training and development within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
