Guerlain Fragrance Training Manager

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts, aligning with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
- Establish an annual training calendar in coordination with marketing and HQ guidelines.
- Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for retailers.
- Conduct interactive training sessions using diverse methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
- Design engaging training materials covering fragrance families, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
- Conduct strategic counter visits for on-the-job training and guide counter managers.
- Support the execution of events and animations, providing coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
- Oversee fragrance training programs and manage budgets effectively.
- Develop onboarding programs for new hires.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).
- Proven experience in training and development within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven customer service expertise.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).
