1. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts in alignment with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
2. Establish an annual training calendar in coordination with marketing and HQ guidelines.
3. Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for MBC retailers.
4. Conduct interactive training sessions using various methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
5. Design engaging training materials covering fragrance families, application techniques, and sales strategies.
6. Assist in performance evaluations and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
7. Support event execution and provide coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques.
8. Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
9. Oversee fragrance training programs and manage budget effectively.
10. Develop onboarding programs for new hires.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training and development within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of the cosmetics industry.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).
