1. Develop and implement fragrance strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Plan and execute effective product launches, focusing on HERO products and national skincare promotions.
3. Manage the fragrance product lifecycle in collaboration with HQ, Demand Planning, Supply, and RAQA.
4. Support new product development initiatives in coordination with HQ.
5. Collaborate with HQ to enhance Guerlain Japan's market presence.
6. Lead 360-degree launch strategies ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
7. Provide strategic insights for demand planning and accurate forecasting.
8. Conduct sales and CRM analysis using Excel and BI tools, delivering insights to stakeholders.
9. Analyze activation performance and report findings to HQ.
10. Monitor competitor activities to inform differentiated planning and messaging.
11. Create compelling product messaging aligned with brand tone and competitive landscape.

1. University graduate
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in product management (candidates with less experience may be considered based on overall qualifications)
