- Coordinate forecasting processes and closure activities.
- Drive revenue and operational results through monthly P&L analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending actions to meet objectives.
- Ensure the dissemination and reliability of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, adapting them to business needs.
- Actively contribute to the enhancement of business intelligence and support digitalization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Manage a team of three, focusing on skill development, performance evaluations, and objective setting.
- Support commercial teams in negotiations to ensure profitable growth, monitoring commercial conditions and stock coverage.
- Guarantee the financial performance of the Business Unit by optimizing trade investments, merchandising, capex, media, and personnel.
- Analyze performance from customer or product perspectives and manage year-end rebates in collaboration with the commercial department.
- Oversee and analyze the performance of owned boutiques through KPIs, ensuring profitability per point of sale and optimizing cost structures.
- Monitor all expense categories to adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure stock reliability and lead inventory processes.
- Support the transformation of Guerlain boutiques in collaboration with retail and headquarters teams.
- Minimum of 10 years in financial control or a similar financial role with operational market experience.
