Guerlain Financial Consolidation and Reporting Specialist

- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of consolidated data for Guerlain across all reporting channels, including LVMH and internal reports.
- Facilitate the training and coordination of subsidiary and market networks to ensure compliance with deadlines, proper understanding and application of instructions, and data quality.
- Contribute to the optimization and reliability of financial reporting processes.
- Manage consolidation and reporting for actual (monthly & quarterly) and forecasted (budget & budget revisions) closures, including revenue, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, inventory, boutiques, and taxes.
- Calculate consolidation and management entries, and analyze actual and forecasted currency effects and intra-sector margins.
- Provide support to subsidiaries and markets on all reporting issues.
- Anticipate needs and respond to ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders.
- Graduate degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Corporate Finance (Bac+5 equivalent).
- Initial experience through internship or apprenticeship in Finance (audit, consolidation/reporting, management control).
- Proficiency with numerical data and information systems/tools (strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Magnitude, Essbase, and VBA is advantageous).
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Organizational and anticipatory skills.

- Fluency in English.
