1. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of consolidated data for Guerlain across all reporting channels, including LVMH and internal reports.
2. Facilitate the training and coordination of subsidiary and market networks to ensure compliance with deadlines, proper understanding and application of instructions, and data quality.
3. Contribute to the optimization and reliability of financial reporting processes.
4. Manage consolidation and reporting for actual (monthly & quarterly) and forecasted (budget & budget revisions) closures, including revenue, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, inventory, boutiques, and taxes.
5. Calculate consolidation and management entries, and analyze actual and forecasted currency effects and intra-sector margins.
6. Provide support to subsidiaries and markets on all reporting issues.
7. Anticipate needs and respond to ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders.

1. Graduate degree from a Business School or University with a specialization in Corporate Finance (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Initial experience through internship or apprenticeship in Finance (audit, consolidation/reporting, management control).

1. Proficiency with numerical data and information systems/tools (strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Magnitude, Essbase, and VBA is advantageous).
2. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
