1. Participate in a 6-month Financial Controlling role within the HQ Finance team, driving profitability and financial performance through business plan oversight, budget control, and margin analysis.
2. Engage in a 6-month Consolidation & Reporting position in France, ensuring the reliability of financial data and supporting the network of subsidiaries.
3. Contribute to a 12-month Analytics role in one of Guerlain's top markets, providing Financial Planning, Analysis, and Controlling.
4. Transition to a full-time Senior Controller role in the Finance team in Paris upon program completion.

1. Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Faculty.
2. 2-3 years of experience in financial positions.

1. Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities with cross-functional teams and external partners.
2. Excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in the luxury cosmetics sector.
3. Autonomous and organized with high attention to detail.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-oriented culture.
5. Fluency in both French and English.

2-3 years of experience in financial positions.

Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or Faculty.
