1. Assist the controlling team with month-end closing tasks and reporting to headquarters, regional, or local management.
2. Prepare weekly sales reports for management, categorized by country, channel, and door.
3. Support the preparation of monthly door-level profit and loss statements and evaluate profitability.
4. Monitor monthly direct retail performance against headquarters' key performance indicators.
5. Prepare boutique report decks for brand management.
6. Support regional and headquarters teams with ad hoc local reports.
7. Assist with the preparation of budget and three-year plan templates and consolidation for the Southeast Asia-Oceania region.
8. Aid in budget submission to headquarters.
9. Review and update controlling procedures as necessary.
10. Streamline reporting processes and organize data access.
11. Conduct ad hoc analysis and project follow-up.
