Guerlain Finance Analyst

1. Participate in monthly financial closing activities and reporting.
2. Validate purchase orders and manage sales closures.
3. Prepare quarterly and monthly expense reports using Syrus & Orion HR.
4. Coordinate with local teams for expense reporting and analysis.
5. Conduct CAPEX reporting and payback analysis for new projects.
6. Prepare and coordinate budget exercises and market books for headquarters.
7. Assist in preparing presentation slides for headquarters.
8. Manage ad hoc requests and internal audit processes.

1. Relevant experience through internships or apprenticeships, preferably in FP&A within the luxury, retail, or beauty industry.
2. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
4. Provide clear and concise information.
5. Effective communication skills.

1. Proficiency in Spanish and French is mandatory.
2. Knowledge of English is an advantage.

Entry-level experience required.
