1. Oversee monthly financial closing activities including validation and receipt of purchase orders, creation of provisions, and reclassification.
2. Manage sales closing processes and prepare quarterly and monthly expense reports using Syrus & Orion HR systems.
3. Report expenses to local teams, covering travel and expenses, product orders, training, and marketing.
4. Update analytical work files (NS & P&L) and engage with local teams to understand financial variances.
5. Conduct quarterly CAPEX reporting for Travel Retail and Export, including payback analysis for new project validation.
6. Prepare and coordinate Outlook & Landing files with Account Managers and report within systems.
7. Assist in budget exercises by preparing simulation files for local teams, analyzing initial submissions, and preparing Market books for headquarters.
8. Support the preparation of presentation slides for headquarters and report in SYRUS and ORION systems for fiscal year and phasing.
9. Coordinate with French-based accounting for invoice tracking and respond to ad hoc operational team requests.
10. Implement internal audit processes for A&P Export.

1. Relevant experience through internships or apprenticeships, preferably in FP&A within the luxury, retail, or beauty industries.
2. Ability to take initiative and work independently.
3. Capability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
4. Proficiency in providing clear and concise information.
5. Effective communication skills.

1. Fluency in Spanish and French is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.

Entry-level experience, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships in financial planning and analysis within the luxury sector.
