Guerlain Finance Export/Travel Retail Analyst

- Oversee monthly financial closing activities including validation and receipt of purchase orders, creation of provisions, and reclassification.
- Manage sales closing processes and prepare quarterly and monthly expense reports using Syrus & Orion HR systems.
- Report expenses to local teams, covering travel and expenses, product orders, training, and marketing.
- Update analytical work files (NS & P&L) and engage with local teams to understand financial variances.
- Conduct quarterly CAPEX reporting for Travel Retail and Export, including payback analysis for new project validation.
- Prepare and coordinate Outlook & Landing files with Account Managers and report within systems.
- Assist in budget exercises by preparing simulation files for local teams, analyzing initial submissions, and preparing Market books for headquarters.
- Support the preparation of presentation slides for headquarters and report in SYRUS and ORION systems for fiscal year and phasing.
- Coordinate with French-based accounting for invoice tracking and respond to ad hoc operational team requests.
- Implement internal audit processes for A&P Export.
- Relevant experience through internships or apprenticeships, preferably in FP&A within the luxury, retail, or beauty industries.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in providing clear and concise information.
- Effective communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and French is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
Entry-level experience, ideally gained through internships or apprenticeships in financial planning and analysis within the luxury sector.
