Guerlain Executive Assistant

- Manage and maintain the schedules of the President & Representative Director and Sr. Sales Executive, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide translation services during internal meetings and retailer-related events, facilitating communication between French-speaking and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Translate documents, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing key company events such as Retailer's Week, Retail Conventions, BA Seminars, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Manage visitor logistics at the headquarters, including scheduling meetings and arranging accommodations.
- Provide personal assistance to the President & Representative Director, handling personal tasks and errands.
- Accompany the President & Representative Director on business trips, providing on-site translation and executive support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese is required; French proficiency is welcomed.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
