Responsibilities
- Develop and conceptualize immersive event experiences that reflect the brand's universe.
- Consolidate market requests and allocate quotas in collaboration with HQ Press and Communication teams.
- Define, allocate, and manage the Press and Communication Events budget with the management.
- Create new tools to support PR activities during press trips and local events.
- Establish clear and effective processes with defined roles and responsibilities for press and communication events of various scales.
- Coordinate and communicate task distribution between Paris and local teams.
- Organize logistics and coordinate international press and communication trips, supporting local events.
- Propose venues and content to surprise and delight the invited audience.
- Select and brief service providers, negotiate rates to adhere to the budget.
- Design and oversee the creation of necessary event tools (invitations, press kits, etc.).
- Analyze results, monitor impact, share best practices, and refine future events.
- Track expenses and billing rigorously.
- Consolidate market requests to anticipate needs for future events.
- Conduct ongoing research to create a reference book of service providers and activities that meet brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in business, communication, press, or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in press and/or communication within the beauty or luxury sector.
Skills
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to manage priorities and tasks proactively.
- Enthusiastic and curious with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Strong listening skills and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in office software.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in event coordination, preferably in press and/or communication.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in business, communication, press, or equivalent.
