- Develop and conceptualize immersive event experiences that embody the brand's universe.
- Collaborate with HQ Press and Communication teams to align market demands with business and brand image objectives.
- Manage the Press and Communication Events budget in coordination with the management team.
- Create new tools to support public relations during press trips and local events.
- Establish clear and effective processes with defined roles and responsibilities for events of varying scales.
- Coordinate and produce international press and communication trips, supporting local markets for events.
- Propose venues and content that surprise and delight invited audiences.
- Select and brief service providers, negotiating rates to adhere to budget constraints.
- Design and oversee the creation of necessary event materials, such as invitations and press kits.
- Analyze event outcomes, monitor impact, and implement action plans to refine future events.
- Maintain rigorous expense tracking and billing oversight.
- Consolidate market-specific requests and anticipate needs for future events.
- Conduct ongoing research to develop a reference book of potential service providers and activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communication, or press from a recognized institution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within press or communication domains, with a focus on beauty or luxury sectors.
- Autonomous and highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and multitask proactively.
- Enthusiastic and curious with strong teamwork skills, empathy, humility, and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of confidentiality and active listening.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in office software.
Minimum of 3 years in event coordination roles, preferably in press or communication within the beauty or luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
