Event Project Manager - Press & Communication

Guerlain, established in 1828, is renowned for crafting exceptional and audacious fragrances and beauty products. The company is undergoing a transformation to become the most iconic high perfumery and cosmetic house, surpassing competition in exclusivity and image.

1. Develop event concepts that provide immersive experiences and convey the brand's universe.
2. Consolidate market requests and allocate quotas in collaboration with HQ Press and Communication teams.
3. Define, allocate, and manage the Press and Communication Events budget.
4. Design new tools to support PR activities during press trips and local events.
5. Establish clear and efficient processes with defined roles and responsibilities for various scale events.
6. Coordinate logistical arrangements for international press and communication trips.
7. Propose event frameworks and content to surprise and delight invited audiences.
8. Select and brief service providers and negotiate rates to adhere to budget constraints.
9. Oversee the design and production of necessary event materials.
10. Analyze results and monitor the impact of actions, sharing best practices and refining future events.
11. Maintain a reference book of service providers and activities that meet brand standards.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communication, or press.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in press and/or communication within the beauty or luxury sector.

3. Adaptability and a strong sense of confidentiality.
4. Fluency in English and proficiency in office software.

Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in press and/or communication.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communication, or press.

Permanent position based in Paris, with immediate availability.
