Guerlain Press and Communication Events Project Manager

- Conceptualize immersive event concepts that reflect the brand's universe and serve as endless sources of inspiration.
- Consolidate market requests and allocate quotas in collaboration with HQ Press and Communication teams, aligning with the brand's business and image objectives.
- Define, allocate, and manage the Press and Communication Events budget in coordination with the management.
- Develop new tools to support PR activities during press trips and other local events.
- Establish clear and effective processes with defined roles and responsibilities applicable to various scales of press and communication events.
- Define and communicate task distribution between Paris and local teams in host countries.
- Organize logistics and coordinate international press and communication trips, supporting local markets for events.
- Propose frameworks and content to surprise and delight invited audiences, including hotels, event venues, restaurants, cultural visits, and activities.
- Select and brief service providers, negotiate rates to adhere to budget constraints, and supervise the design and execution of necessary event tools.
- Analyze results, monitor the impact of actions, share best practices, and implement action plans to refine future events.
- Diligently track expenses and billing, consolidate market-specific requests, and maintain a reference book of potential service providers and activities.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in business, communication, journalism, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within press and/or communication sectors, ideally in beauty or luxury industries.
- Autonomy and organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks proactively and efficiently.
- Enthusiastic and curious nature with strong teamwork, empathy, humility, interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
- Strong listening skills and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in office software.
Minimum of 3 years in event coordination, preferably in press and/or communication sectors within the beauty or luxury industries.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) in business, communication, journalism, or a related field.
