1. Serve as the primary liaison for commercial teams of e-retailers, Guerlain Europe Teams, and local markets, ensuring alignment with retailer strategies.
2. Support negotiation preparations, define commercial terms, and coordinate trade and e-trade plans in collaboration with digital and marketing teams.
3. Analyze activity performance, prepare sales reports, and recommend optimizations to align trade plans with brand strategies.
4. Deliver exceptional client service through effective communication and efficient request handling, fostering trust with markets and retailers.
5. Facilitate smooth communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of global launch plans and collaborating with Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, and Finance teams.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent (bac +4/5)
2. Sensitivity to the beauty and luxury industries
3. Previous experience as a Key Account Assistant or Category Manager Assistant preferred

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Fluency in French and English

Beginner-level experience is acceptable, though prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
