Guerlain Europe Key Account Assistant Intern

1. Serve as the key point of contact for e-retailers' commercial teams, Guerlain Europe Teams, and local markets.
2. Support negotiation preparation and ensure the definition and proactive follow-up of commercial terms.
3. Coordinate trade and e-trade plans, distribution strategy, assortment, stock efficiency, and promotions.
4. Analyze performance of activities and implement action plans accordingly.
5. Deliver exceptional client service through effective communication and relationship building.
6. Ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders and ease global launch plan alignment.

1. Business school or equivalent (bac +4/5)
2. Sensitivity to beauty and luxury industries
3. Previous experience as Key Account Assistant or Category Manager Assistant appreciated

4. Fluency in French and English

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Business school or equivalent (bac +4/5)

Internship starting from July 2025, for 6 months.
