1. Host spa sessions with facials, conduct client workshops, and offer virtual consultations.
2. Prepare for events by participating in store rallies and showcasing new products.
3. Cultivate relationships with loyal, lapsed, and new clients.
4. Contribute to achieving store sales goals.
5. Assist in organizing and preparing for VIP in-store events, including presell and appointment bookings.
6. Maintain clean and luxurious spa kits, including linens.
7. Organize seasonal car stock for stores.
8. Embody and communicate Guerlain’s heritage, values, and expertise.
9. Ensure adherence to image grooming guidelines.
10. Serve as an expert in facial techniques and promote Guerlain’s skincare expertise.
11. Maintain relationships with retail partners, including Account Executives and Store Managers.
12. Motivate Guerlain and retailer teams, leading by example.
13. Ensure courteous and professional communication with customers.
14. Contribute to retail planning meetings and strategize with Account Executives.
15. Partner with the Education team to provide product training to in-store staff.
16. Promote the Bee App and engage users.
17. Share best practices with fellow Ambassadors and the Education Team.
18. Participate in weekly Zoom meetings with the Education & Sales Team.
19. Submit T&E reports monthly.

1. Licensed Esthetician or Certified by Guerlain Spa
2. Prior experience in spa services and sales
3. Valid driver's license

5. Physical ability to carry 30 pounds
6. Flexibility to meet business needs

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the spa or beauty industry is required.

Salary range of $27-$29/hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
