1. Host spa sessions with facials, workshops, and virtual consultations.
2. Prepare for events and participate in store rallies.
3. Cultivate relationships with loyal, lapsed, and new clients.
4. Contribute to achieving store goals.
5. Assist and prepare for VIP events, including presell and booking appointments.
6. Maintain clean and luxurious spa kits.
7. Organize seasonal car stock for stores.
8. Embody and communicate Guerlain’s heritage and values.
9. Ensure adherence to image grooming guidelines.
10. Serve as an expert and promote luxury and modernity.
11. Maintain relationships with retail partners.
12. Motivate and lead Guerlain and retailer teams.
13. Ensure professional communication with customers.
14. Add value to retail planning meetings.
15. Strategize with Account Executives for individual markets.
16. Partner with the Education team for product training.
17. Promote Bee App and engage users.
18. Share best practices with fellow Ambassadors.
19. Conduct weekly meetings with Education & Sales Team.
20. Submit T&E reports monthly.

1. Licensed Esthetician or Certified by Guerlain Spa
2. Prior experience in spa room and sales
3. Must be able to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license
4. Must be able to physically carry 30 pounds
5. Availability must meet business needs
6. Must be able to work in a retail environment

Minimum 3 years

Salary range of $27-$29/hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
