Environmental Project Manager

1. Lead the ISO 14001 certification process for all Guerlain sites, including headquarters, production sites, boutiques, and international subsidiaries.
2. Identify significant environmental aspects and applicable legal requirements, and establish a materiality matrix.
3. Prepare and conduct environmental performance reviews for production sites and contribute to the headquarters' management review.
4. Coordinate ISO 14001 audit planning and participate in audits.
5. Define and manage action plans.
6. Update the documentation system, including procedures, instructions, and registration documents.
7. Monitor and report environmental indicators (KPIs) using dedicated tools.
8. Conduct Group reporting and follow up on associated audits.
9. Establish the company's annual carbon footprint.
10. Ensure compliance with Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTI) commitments by managing business action plans to achieve objectives.
11. Propose sequestration actions for residual emissions.

1. Degree in engineering or business school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in environment.
2. 5 years of experience in managing Environmental Management Systems (such as ISO 14001) and climate footprint.

1. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, preferably in the beauty sector.
2. High level of autonomy and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in managing priorities and tasks proactively and rigorously.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to track KPIs.
5. Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
6. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum 5 years of experience in roles focused on managing Environmental Management Systems and climate footprint.

Degree in engineering or business school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in environment.
