Guerlain Environmental Project Manager

- Lead the ISO 14001 certification process across all Guerlain sites, including headquarters, production facilities, boutiques, and international subsidiaries.
- Identify significant environmental aspects and applicable legal requirements to establish a materiality matrix.
- Prepare and facilitate environmental performance reviews for production sites and contribute to headquarters' management reviews.
- Coordinate ISO 14001 audit planning and participate in audits.
- Define and manage action plans and update the documentation system (procedures, instructions, registration documents, etc.).
- Oversee and produce environmental KPI reporting using dedicated tools.
- Conduct Group reporting and monitor associated audits (e.g., CAC).
- Develop the company's annual carbon footprint and ensure compliance with Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTI) commitments by managing business action plans to achieve objectives.
- Propose sequestration actions for residual emissions.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering, business, or equivalent university degree with a specialization in environmental studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Environmental Management Systems (such as ISO 14001) and climate footprint.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, preferably in the beauty industry.
- High degree of autonomy and organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks proactively and rigorously.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and synthesis.
- Agility, curiosity, teamwork, attention to detail, persuasive communication, innovative thinking, and adaptability.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years in roles focused on managing Environmental Management Systems and climate footprint.
Bachelor's degree +5 in engineering, business, or equivalent university degree with a specialization in environmental studies.
