- Lead the ISO 14001 certification process for all Guerlain sites, including headquarters, production sites, boutiques, and international subsidiaries.
- Identify significant environmental aspects and applicable legal requirements, and establish a materiality matrix.
- Prepare and conduct environmental performance reviews for production sites and contribute to the headquarters' management review.
- Coordinate ISO 14001 audit planning and participate in audits.
- Define and manage action plans.
- Update the documentation system, including procedures, instructions, and registration documents.
- Monitor and report environmental indicators (KPIs) using dedicated tools.
- Conduct Group reporting and follow up on associated audits.
- Establish the company's annual carbon footprint.
- Ensure compliance with Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTI) commitments by managing business action plans to achieve objectives.
- Propose sequestration actions for residual emissions.
- Degree in engineering or business school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in environment.
- 5 years of experience in managing Environmental Management Systems (such as ISO 14001) and climate footprint.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, preferably in the beauty sector.
- High level of autonomy and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing priorities and tasks proactively and rigorously.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track KPIs.
- Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and innovative thinking.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
Minimum 5 years of experience in roles focused on managing Environmental Management Systems and climate footprint.
Degree in engineering or business school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in environment.
