Guerlain Emulsions Manufacturing Manager

- Lead the emulsions production workshop, managing a team of 30, including manufacturing staff and maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement recruitment and training plans for the team.
- Define the development strategy for the workshop to meet safety, quality, timeline, cost, and motivation objectives in a high-growth, high-saturation environment.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (BPF, cGMP, CSAR) in collaboration with the quality assurance department.
- Guarantee the conformity of produced bulks and maintain a high BPC rate while minimizing non-quality costs.
- Manage workload and capacity (labor and machinery) to achieve service objectives and agility.
- Drive performance improvements and implement productivity and quality enhancements in the workshop.
- Participate in the industrialization of new processes and address innovation challenges.
- Define and manage the workshop budget.
- Lead investment projects and contribute to the CAPEX plan.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and lead projects within the Maison.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing production and technical teams, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries.
- Degree in general engineering, process engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and ability to provide vision and mobilize teams towards common goals.
- Rigorous, methodical, and excellent communication skills.
