1. Manage and analyze e-commerce KPIs to drive sales and align with business ambitions.
2. Develop and implement animation plans and high-luxe collaborations.
3. Define and execute CRM communication plans to enhance KPIs such as repurchase, loyalty, and engagement.
4. Enrich, grow, and manage the customer database, implementing loyalty and care programs.
5. Execute local CRM programs focusing on top customer clusters through events, experiences, and partnerships.
6. Implement local media campaigns, partnering with agencies to drive qualitative traffic and conversion.
7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
8. Ensure accurate online content for Guerlain, monitoring competition and trends to offer innovative solutions.
9. Analyze e-retail performance, defining KPIs to measure activation effectiveness.
10. Co-manage an intern supporting eRetail projects.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business.
2. Minimum of 5 years of eCommerce experience.

1. Result-driven with multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Google Ads, Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce, demonstrating a result-driven approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business.
