1. Conduct studies for the approval and characterization of innovative packaging solutions, including new materials and refill systems.
2. Draft new testing methods for approval and create packaging design guides for innovative solutions.
3. Perform cross-functional studies on tertiary packaging and cushioning solutions.
4. Analyze competitor packaging.
5. Ensure traceability of activities by recording test results and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
6. Report product non-conformities to stakeholders and identify improvement actions.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in engineering with a specialization in packaging, chemistry, or materials science.

1. Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to manage projects and communicate recommendations effectively.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
