Guerlain E-Retail Intern

- Assist E-Retail Project Managers in developing strategic guidelines and specific content for innovative recommendations to subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely provision of E-Retail content (Content pages, Newsletters, etc.) and maintain updates across over 200 platforms such as Sephora, Douglas, and Marionnaud.
- Manage daily interactions with creative agencies for briefing and developing content related to product launches and key commercial events.
- Occasionally participate in the development of decision-making tools (shade finders, fragrance consultations, etc.).
- Collaborate daily with Digital and Marketing teams.
- Participate in and prepare for weekly validations with the Marketing Department.
- Support markets in their local implementation by initiating E-Retail campaign plans and compiling local calendars.
- Manage daily relationships with E-Retail teams in subsidiaries or regions and respond to their requests (plans, content, validations, etc.).
- Monitor the online launch of products and events, consolidate launch monitoring, and report back to the team and Marketing.
- Ensure and control Guerlain's image on platforms managed by subsidiaries.
- Consolidate best practices and benchmarks of online innovations and trends from competitors or e-retailers.
- Propose innovations to enhance Guerlain's image/awareness, product or campaign understanding, conversion, customer experience, or internal team processes.
- Conduct audits of the house as needed for business and team requirements.
- Student in a Master's program (Bac +4/+5) in business school or equivalent university.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in Digital, Trade, or Marketing project management, preferably in luxury or beauty sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously with a proactive and committed approach.
- Enthusiastic and curious nature, recognized for teamwork skills, good interpersonal relations, and adaptability.
- Fluent in French and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Chinese language is a plus.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some prior internship experience in digital, trade, or marketing.
Master's degree in progress (Bac +4/+5) in business or equivalent.
This is a conventioned internship starting in July 2025, lasting for 6 months, located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
