Guerlain E-Retail and E-Concession Project Manager

- Develop and implement E-Retail action plans for skincare campaigns and commercial events, such as Christmas and Mother's Day, as well as local campaigns in Asia.
- Design E-Retail launch strategies integrated with 360° Marketing and Digital efforts to drive sales growth.
- Oversee the development of necessary content for product launches, including product pages, merchandising, trade, social media, and CRM, in collaboration with central and local teams.
- Collaborate closely with E-Retail teams across regions to ensure strategic implementation and adherence to market and retailer requirements.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to consolidate strategic benchmarks for internal and external teams.
- Act as a business partner to markets, with a focus on China, ensuring operational follow-up and strategic deployment.
- Validate market-specific online elements based on central guidelines and manage preparation for meetings with HQ Marketing.
- Propose best practices and optimizations, challenging stakeholders on their plans and implementations.
- Lead post-campaign analyses, sharing insights and best practices internally and with markets.
- Develop expertise in Chinese platforms like Tmall and leverage this knowledge internally.
- Monitor and analyze key E-Retail and E-Concession KPIs, defining business and image metrics to measure activation effectiveness.
- Identify and propose new optimization levers to enhance business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a specialization in Digital or E-Business.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in E-Commerce or E-Retail, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
- Proficiency in French and English, with additional proficiency in an Asian language considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive and engaged approach.
- Agility and curiosity with a strong team spirit and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business-driven mindset with analytical skills and KPI tracking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles focused on E-Commerce or E-Retail, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a specialization in Digital or E-Business.
