Guerlain E-commerce Product Owner

- Serve as the Product Owner within an agile team, planning the evolution and maintaining the backlog in alignment with the overall product strategy.
- Clearly articulate user needs and expected functionalities through comprehensible user stories for the development team.
- Continuously propose improvements, test new features, and rectify bugs through regular quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate agile team meetings including demos, retrospectives, grooming, and sprint planning, while keeping users informed of progress and maintaining necessary documentation on platforms like Confluence.
- Ensure the platform's functionality meets user needs, prioritizing and addressing functional anomalies.
- Collaborate with local markets to implement action plans, considering local specificities, and onboard markets during new feature launches.
- Define target KPIs for each feature, assess success based on these KPIs, and update scorecards accordingly.
- Analyze the effectiveness and profitability of actions to identify business optimization and improvement levers.
- Brief data teams for potential ad hoc studies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with a specialization in digital commerce.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.
- Proven ability to manage priorities and tasks with autonomy and organization.
- Strong team collaboration skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), JIRA, and Confluence.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPI tracking and synthesis.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly within the beauty or luxury sectors, is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a specialization in digital commerce.
The position offers a hybrid working model, based in Paris, with immediate availability.
