1. Monitor the execution of logistics functions across 19 Guerlain.com sites.
2. Oversee order flows including product management, stock, customization, packaging, delivery, and customer service to ensure agility and responsiveness.
3. Identify, analyze, and rectify operational issues using customer service-driven indicators to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Contribute to transformation projects within e-commerce warehouses.
5. Participate in the optimization and modernization of logistics processes.
6. Track key e-commerce KPIs to manage channel performance.
7. Collaborate with various teams such as Supply Chain & Logistics, Factories, Customer Service, Digital, Commerce, Shared Service Center WW, IT (Perfumes & Cosmetics), and Procurement & Development to ensure operational excellence.
8. Engage in cross-functional transformation projects within the Guerlain Supply Chain.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 level program at an engineering or business school with a focus on Supply Chain.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
2. Affinity with information systems.
3. Business orientation and strong analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in SQL and/or Power Platform is advantageous.
5. Proactive, rigorous, dynamic, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Beginner level experience in supply chain or related fields.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or business.
