Guerlain E-Commerce Logistics Operations Intern

Guerlain, established in 1828, is renowned for crafting exceptional and audacious fragrances and beauty products. The company is undergoing a fast-paced transformation to become the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house, surpassing the competition in exclusivity and image.

1. Monitor the execution of logistics functions for 19 Guerlain.com sites.
2. Oversee order flows, including product management, stock, personalization, packaging, deliveries, and customer service.
3. Identify, analyze, and rectify operational issues using customer service indicators to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
4. Participate in transformation projects in warehouses supplying e-commerce sites.
5. Contribute to the optimization and modernization of logistics processes.
6. Track key e-commerce KPIs to manage channel performance.
7. Coordinate with various teams such as Supply Chain & Logistics, Factories, Customer Service, Digital, Commerce, Shared Service Center WW, IT P&C, and Purchasing & Development.
8. Engage in cross-functional transformation projects within Guerlain's Supply Chain.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or business school.
2. Strong business orientation and analytical skills.
3. Proactive, rigorous, dynamic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to travel to the central warehouse.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
2. Familiarity with information systems.
3. Knowledge of SQL and/or Power Platform is a plus.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or business school.

6-month internship starting in April 2025 in Paris.
