1. Monitor the execution of logistics functions for Guerlain's 19 e-commerce sites.
2. Oversee order flows, including product management, stock, personalization, packaging, deliveries, and customer service, to ensure agility and responsiveness.
3. Identify, analyze, and rectify operational issues using customer service-driven indicators to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Participate in transformation projects within e-commerce supply warehouses.
5. Contribute to the optimization and modernization of logistics processes.
6. Track key e-commerce KPIs to manage channel performance.
7. Collaborate with various teams such as Supply Chain & Logistics, Factories, Customer Service, Digital, Commerce, Shared Service Center WW, IT P&C, and Procurement & Development to ensure operational excellence.
8. Engage in cross-functional transformation projects within the Guerlain Supply Chain.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or business school with a focus on Supply Chain.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
2. Familiarity with information systems.
3. Business orientation and strong analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in SQL and/or Power Platform is a plus.
5. Proactive, rigorous, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Beginner level experience in Supply Chain or related fields.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or business school.
