- Contribute to the creation of e-merchandising guidelines to support product launches and key commercial events, collaborating closely with marketing teams and participating in strategic validation meetings.
- Develop assets and briefs for webmasters, coordinating with various e-merchandising production roles such as graphic designers, copywriters, webmasters, and product owners.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking, providing recommendations to evolve guidelines.
- Analyze e-commerce KPIs to assess performance.
- Coordinate the implementation of e-merchandising guidelines across 31 global sites, collaborating with webmasters.
- Serve as the e-merchandising reference for markets, assisting with local adaptations.
- Participate in content contribution, testing, and support ticket creation.
- Engage in continuous optimization projects for Guerlain.com, including new customer journeys, content enrichment, and adherence to the site's graphic charter.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CMS is advantageous.
Entry-level position suitable for students with previous internship experience.
