Guerlain E-commerce Intern

1. Contribute to the creation of e-merchandising guidelines to support product launches and commercial events, collaborating closely with marketing teams and participating in strategic validation meetings.
2. Develop assets and briefs for webmastering, coordinating with various e-merchandising production chain roles such as graphic designers, copywriters, webmasters, and product owners.
3. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to recommend improvements to e-merchandising guidelines.
4. Analyze e-commerce KPIs to inform strategy.
5. Coordinate the implementation of e-merchandising guidelines across 31 global sites in collaboration with webmasters.
6. Serve as the e-merchandising reference for markets, assisting with local adaptations.
7. Participate in content contribution, testing, and support ticket creation.
8. Engage in continuous optimization projects for Guerlain.com, including customer journey enhancements and content enrichment.

1. Student pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in business, communication, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience.

2. Proactive, action-oriented, and results-driven.
3. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Familiarity with Salesforce CMS is advantageous.
