1. Contribute to the creation of e-merchandising guidelines to support product launches and key commercial events.
2. Develop assets and briefs for webmastering, coordinating with graphic designers, copywriters, webmasters, and product owners.
3. Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarks, and make recommendations to evolve guidelines.
4. Analyze e-commerce KPIs.
5. Coordinate the implementation of e-merchandising guidelines across 31 global sites.
6. Serve as the e-merchandising reference for markets, assisting with local adaptations.
7. Participate in contribution, testing, and support ticket creation.
8. Work on continuous optimization projects for Guerlain.com, including new customer journeys, content enrichment, and adherence to the site's graphic charter.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
2. Previous internship experience.
3. Strong interest in digital marketing.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Knowledge of Salesforce CMS is advantageous.
4. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

6. Enthusiastic and adaptable.
