- Support the definition and execution of the eCommerce strategy and annual trade/activation calendar, ensuring alignment with brand equity and integrity.
- Execute site content updates to enhance trade activity, optimizing product listings and visual assets for conversions.
- Manage promotional activities, site optimization, and digital project implementations.
- Conduct daily site checks, resolving bugs and enhancing the site in collaboration with Guerlain HQ.
- Execute sample and gifting strategies to drive customer discovery and conversion.
- Collaborate with Marketing to enrich the local website animation plan for events and digital engagements.
- Support the execution of the Paid Search strategy, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Audit ads regularly to ensure relevance and optimization.
- Collaborate with the CRM team on campaigns and loyalty program management.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to support business needs.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor traffic and KPIs, informing decision-making.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices.
- Work with the demand planner to manage eCommerce inventory levels.
- Plan and secure Gift with Purchase lines to support sales and conversion.
- Manage the PO process for the eBusiness Team efficiently.
- Monitor net promoter score and address customer feedback.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Graduate or equivalent educational background.
- Knowledge of the UK market and a passion for the beauty or retail industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CMS is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of GA4 or PowerBI.
- Exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
Graduate or equivalent educational background.
