- Execute site content updates to support trade activity, ensuring optimal product listings and visual assets for conversions.
- Complete site updates and launch test kits accurately, communicating action points and raising tickets as needed.
- Set up promotional activities and optimize on-site campaigns and digital projects.
- Collaborate with Guerlain HQ to localize website content, balancing local and brand priorities.
- Conduct daily site checks, resolve site bugs, and enhance site performance.
- Implement sample and gifting strategies to drive discovery and conversion.
- Optimize onsite search module for high search result rates.
- Enrich local website animation plans with marketing for events and influencer moments.
- Support execution of Paid Search strategy for SEM channels to meet KPI objectives.
- Collaborate with CRM team on email, SMS campaigns, and loyalty program management.
- Provide performance reports and analysis, sharing insights and recommendations.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor traffic and KPIs, enhancing sales performance.
- Perform competition watch on eCommerce trends and best practices.
- Work with demand planner to manage eCommerce inventory levels.
- Monitor stockholding and plan Gift with purchase lines to support sales.
- Monitor net promoter score and address customer feedback.
- Knowledge of UK Market
- Passion for Beauty or Retail industry
- Graduate or equivalent with minimum 2 years of ecommerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing experience
- SalesForce CMS experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of GA4 or PowerBI
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Highly analytic and data-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
Beginner level experience with a minimum of 2 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
