Guerlain E-Commerce Category Manager

- Serve as the e-merchandising reference for Digital, Development Marketing, Operational Marketing, Planning, and 360° teams.
- Define and implement e-merchandising strategies and action plans to support product launches and priorities, ensuring alignment with senior management.
- Develop necessary tools and assets for guideline implementation, collaborating closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
- Oversee the implementation of e-merchandising guidelines across over 20 Guerlain.com sites globally, managing a team of three webmasters.
- Engage with local markets to identify specific needs, trends, and best practices, supporting them in creating local animations to boost business.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of launch and animation plans.
- Manage platform operations and bug resolution in collaboration with technical support, SFCC teams, and Product Owners for new tools and features.
- Conduct ongoing market research to introduce innovative solutions for product launches.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Digital.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in e-business development, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Agility and curiosity with a keen eye for detail and teamwork.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and synthesis.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce knowledge is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-business development, ideally within the beauty or luxury sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a specialization in Digital.
