Guerlain E-Commerce Assistant Intern

- Manage the product catalog and execute e-merchandising strategies on Guerlain.com, including new product launches, internal coordination, and stock and price verification.
- Continuously optimize product pages through cross-selling, editorial content updates, and visual enhancements.
- Monitor and propose improvements for commercial campaign calendars to enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Oversee the operational execution of the generosity strategy, including gifts, samples, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing teams to create landing pages.
- Independently manage e-merchandising and create product pages for each launch on the e-boutique, including weekly newsletter distribution.
- Track and report daily performance metrics of Guerlain.com, including sales analysis and market priorities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, such as product launch reviews and customer feedback collection.
- Manage the online appointment booking platform and serve as the primary contact for customer service needs related to clienteling and feedback.
- Collaborate with CRM, Media, Support, Marketing, and Supply teams to ensure project fluidity.
- Handle tickets raised by Beauty Tech or the Fraud team and conduct monthly competitive analysis.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, digital studies, or equivalent program.
- Ideally, previous experience in digital project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some exposure to digital project management.
Enrollment in a business school, digital studies, or equivalent program.
