Guerlain E-Commerce Assistant Intern

- Manage the product catalog and e-merchandising for Guerlain.com, including product launches, internal coordination, and stock and price checks.
- Continuously optimize product pages with cross-selling opportunities, editorial content, and updated visuals.
- Monitor and propose enhancements for commercial animations, including launches, limited editions, and promotional offers, to improve customer experience and business performance.
- Oversee the operational strategy for promotional gifts and samples, and relay promotional offers.
- Create landing pages in collaboration with Trade Marketing teams.
- Develop product pages for each launch and manage e-merchandising autonomously, including sharing weekly newsletters.
- Track and report daily performance metrics of Guerlain.com, analyzing sales figures and market priorities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, such as product launch reviews and customer feedback collection.
- Manage the online appointment booking platform, Booxi, and serve as the primary contact for customer service needs related to clienteling and site feedback.
- Collaborate with CRM, Media, Support, Marketing, and Supply teams to ensure project fluidity.
- Handle tickets raised by Beauty Tech or the Fraud team.
- Conduct monthly competitive benchmarking.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, digital studies, or equivalent program.
- Ideally, previous experience in digital project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some exposure to digital project management.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, digital studies, or a related field.
