1. Analyze key performance indicators of the Guerlain.com website through monthly and weekly reports to establish action plans.
2. Support the team in defining gifting and sampling strategies and provide back-office input.
3. Ensure proper execution of e-merchandising and report any improvements or bugs.
4. Assist in traffic acquisition and conversion strategies, including paid search, paid social, influence, and CRM.
5. Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices.
6. Support e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of e-doors to elevate the brand.
7. Lead sell-out acceleration projects in partnership with marketing and sales teams, including ratings and reviews campaigns and retail media.
8. Support local deployment of online animation plans.
9. Ensure accurate product listings online and proper execution of e-merchandising following HQ guidelines.

1. Bachelor's degree from a business school or university.

2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.
