1. Analyze key performance indicators for Guerlain.com through monthly and weekly reports to implement action and acceleration plans with various countries.
2. Support the team in defining gifting and sampling strategies and manage contributions in the back-office.
3. Ensure effective e-merchandising execution and report improvements and bugs to the HQ team.
4. Assist markets in their traffic acquisition and conversion strategies.
5. Support the team in sales forecasting and stock management.
6. Assist markets in e-distribution strategies and conduct regular audits of authorized sites to enhance brand elevation.
7. Lead sell-out acceleration projects in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams, focusing on customer journey optimization, retail media, and specific activations.
8. Support the local deployment of online animation plans for 2026, including campaign support validation.
9. Manage the operational follow-up of the Sephora account.
10. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices.

1. Master's level education (1st or 2nd year) from a business school or university.
2. Fluency in French and English.
