1. Analyze key performance indicators for Guerlain.com to develop action plans with European markets.
2. Support the development of gifting and sampling strategies, including back-office contributions.
3. Ensure effective e-merchandising execution and report improvements and bugs to headquarters.
4. Assist markets in traffic acquisition and conversion strategies.
5. Support sales forecasting and inventory management.
6. Assist markets in e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of authorized sites.
7. Lead sell-out acceleration projects in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
8. Support the local deployment of 2026 online animation plans.
9. Manage operational follow-up of the Sephora account.
10. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Business or a related field.

2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
