- Analyze key performance indicators for Guerlain.com to develop action plans with European markets.
- Support the development of gifting and sampling strategies, including back-office contributions.
- Ensure effective e-merchandising execution and report improvements and bugs to headquarters.
- Assist markets in traffic acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Support sales forecasting and inventory management.
- Assist markets in e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of authorized sites.
- Lead sell-out acceleration projects in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Support the local deployment of 2026 online animation plans.
- Manage operational follow-up of the Sephora account.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Business or a related field.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Autonomy and responsiveness.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or university.
