1. Analyze key performance indicators of Guerlain.com websites through monthly and weekly reports to develop action and acceleration plans with various countries.
2. Support the team in defining gifting and sampling strategies, providing back-office input.
3. Ensure proper execution of e-merchandising and report any improvements or bugs to the headquarters team.
4. Assist local markets in their traffic acquisition and conversion strategies, including influence and CRM.
5. Support the team in sales forecasting and inventory management.
6. Aid local markets in their e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of e-doors to elevate the brand.
7. Lead sell-out acceleration projects in collaboration with marketing and sales teams, including ratings and reviews campaigns, retail media, and specific activations.
8. Support local deployment of 2025 online animation plans, including validation of campaign assets.
9. Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices.

1. Master's level 1 or 2 from a business school or university.
2. Fluency in English.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.
