1. Analyze key performance indicators for select guerlain.com sites through weekly reports to develop action and acceleration plans with various countries.
2. Assist in defining the gifting and sampling strategy and provide back-office support.
3. Ensure the proper execution of e-merchandising and report any improvements or bugs to the headquarters team.
4. Support markets in their traffic acquisition and conversion strategies, including paid search, paid social, influence, and CRM.
5. Aid in sales forecasting and inventory management.
6. Assist markets in their e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits to elevate the brand.
7. Lead sell-out acceleration projects in collaboration with marketing and sales teams, including ratings and reviews campaigns, retail media, and specific activations.
8. Support the local deployment of 2025 online animation plans, including the validation of campaign assets.
9. Conduct comprehensive competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and share best practices.

1. Master's level 1 or 2 from a business school or university.
2. Fluency in English.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.
