Guerlain E-Business Merchandising and Operations Specialist

- Manage E-retail merchandising by updating and cross-checking text and visual content across all platforms, including homepage banners, brand pages, and product pages.
- Collaborate with the internal creative team to create local banners and assets following HQ guidelines.
- Process weekly B2B and photo shooting product orders for E-retail platforms.
- Consolidate product/sample/GWP/AOG forecasts and track stock levels in collaboration with EC and E-retail key account teams.
- Coordinate product registration and submission for new launches and campaigns, ensuring accurate product information across platforms.
- Ensure efficient warehouse coordination for product engraving, picking, packing, and local set assembling.
- Collaborate with the customer service team and agency for daily operations.
- Support omnichannel operations, including order processing, logistics, and E-merch content management.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and a fast learner.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
