1. Manage E-retail merchandising by updating and cross-checking text and visual content across all platforms, including homepage banners, brand pages, and product pages.
2. Collaborate with the internal creative team to create local banners and assets following HQ guidelines.
3. Process weekly B2B and photo shooting product orders for E-retail platforms.
4. Consolidate product/sample/GWP/AOG forecasts and track stock levels in collaboration with EC and E-retail key account teams.
5. Coordinate product registration and submission for new launches and campaigns, ensuring accurate product information across platforms.
6. Ensure efficient warehouse coordination for product engraving, picking, packing, and local set assembling.
7. Collaborate with the customer service team and agency for daily operations.
8. Support omnichannel operations, including order processing, logistics, and E-merch content management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to multitask.
4. Excellent communication skills and a fast learner.
5. Ability to organize and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
6. Proficiency in English is a plus.
