Guerlain E-Business & CRM Manager

- Lead the strategy and management of Guerlain.com for Direct to Consumer Sales, ensuring alignment with HQ and driving sell-out figures.
- Identify and cultivate business development opportunities through luxe collaborations and partnerships.
- Manage and execute SEA and CRM campaigns, including email marketing.
- Monitor and manage the E-commerce dedicated P&L.
- Optimize Guerlain's brand image and visibility across all e-retailers.
- Develop tailored activation calendars and launch plans for e-retailers to ensure synergy and sales growth.
- Analyze e-sales figures and manage relationships with e-retailers.
- Develop and implement an effective CRM strategy for the Belux market, focusing on top clienteling activation.
- Create and distribute a monthly E-newsletter detailing online activations and performance metrics.
- Participate in budget construction and revisions, ensuring P&L targets are met.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a digital position.
- Graduate-level education, preferably a Business School degree or a Master's Degree in Marketing with a digital specialization.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and collaborative skills.
- Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong commercial marketing expertise and business acumen.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in the Office Pack suite.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital position, preferably within the beauty industry.
Graduate-level education, preferably a Business School degree or a Master's Degree in Marketing with a digital specialization.
